Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented a group of investors in the drafting and negotiation of a joint venture agreement with the development partner of a new condominium project along the High Line in New York City. The project will convert a commercial building along the High Line into a luxury residential property with ground floor retail. The building, which is between 10th and 11th avenues, will be increased to approximately 40,000 square feet through the use of transferred development rights.
