NEW YORK – January 10, 2023 – Tarter Krinsky & Drogin expands its Trusts and Estates Practice with the addition of Rosanna Roizin as a partner in the New York office. In addition to her traditional trusts and estates practice, Roizin is a leader within the special needs and elder care field throughout the New York area.

The Trusts and Estates Practice has a particular focus in helping clients with special needs, disability, and mental health law and elder law planning. Roizin has years of experience counseling individuals and families who are seeking services and help in the special needs and elder care space. Her nimble and holistic perspective to finding the right access and strategies strengthens the Firm’s capabilities in these areas.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Roizin practiced both privately and through fellowships, working closely with families and guiding them through all aspects of estate work. Representing both individuals and families, she counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning including wills and trusts to business succession plans, long-term planning, and guardianship proceedings.  She also regularly educates professionals and families on the many aspects of trusts and estates.
