Intellectual Property co-chair Amy Goldsmith wrote “IPoems: Lessons from the World of Intellectual Property” for Inside, a publication of the corporate counsel section of the New York State Bar Association. Through creative poems, Amy addressed intellectual property matters, including trademark rights in the United States, domain names, infringement, protecting brands in foreign countries, and protecting original works of authorship.
