Afsha Malik is an Associate* in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. Afsha joined the firm as a TKD summer associate, where she worked across a wide variety of practice areas and sectors supporting both the firm’s transaction and litigation departments.
While pursuing her J.D., Afsha interned for Hon. Nina R. Morrison of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Afsha also interned at the Innocence Project, where she provided support to the legal team in wrongful conviction litigation.
Prior to her legal career, Afsha worked in both private and non-profit settings, leveraging her social work background with her legal interests.
