Alexis R. Majano is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. He represents clients in real estate transactions, including but not limited to, residential and commercial purchases/sales, private lending, entity formation, construction financing, joint ventures, restructuring, borrower/buyer transactions, leasing, commercial leasing, for both landlords and tenants.

His experience includes advising institutional and private clients across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate finance industries including but not limited to, hotels, malls, car dealerships, motorcycle dealerships and healthcare facilities. He counsels and drafts all documents necessary to facilitate acquisitions and dispositions of commercial assets, institutional lending matters, construction and development financing, joint ventures and M&A restructuring.

Beyond the Law

Beyond his legal practice, Alexis can be found working out, running, or trying out new restaurants around the city. He’s also a tech hobbyist with a particular interest in building custom computer systems and maintains an active interest in AI development and its practical applications outside of the law.

Representative Experience
  • Represented a commercial real estate development company in its acquisition of two (2) commercial properties in New Jersey totaling 100,000 square feet of warehouse space valued at $5.6M.
  • Represented a commercial real estate development company in its acquisition of vacant land for the development of a 53,000 square foot warehouse valued at $6.3M dollars.
  • Represented a global import/export company in leasing multiple 20,000 square feet warehouses.
  • Secured acquisition and bridge loans for up to $20M in investment/commercial properties with refinance options.
