Caterina Cesario is an Associate in the Firm's International Practice.

By combining her language skills with her bicultural understanding, Caterina lends a holistic perspective to the global business needs of clients. Caterina assists the International Practice in providing multidisciplinary services to clients. In particular, she supports the team on an array of matters, including business formation, employment agreements, intellectual property compliance, and privacy policies.  Utilizing her Italian and French language fluencies, Caterina also works with the team in advising on complex corporate matters. She assists in the drafting of commercial contracts, including commercial transactions, business resolutions, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Caterina is admitted to the State Bar of New York.
