Christopher J. Dylewski is Counsel in the firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice. Chris focuses his practice on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes. Chris represents owners and management companies in non-payment and holdover proceedings. Seasoned in litigating landlord-tenant matters in Housing Court, Civil Court and Supreme Court on a broad range of issues, he has handled cases involving the failure to pay rent, nuisance, non-primary residence, illegal sublet, failure to maintain insurance, failure to replenish security, illegal alteration, overcharge, illegal lock-out and occupation by licensees or squatters.   

Chris has also litigated plenary actions against tenants and guarantors for breach of lease and breach of guaranty.
