On December 5, Construction partner Charles Pierce will speak on the impacts of climate change and weather on construction projects at the North American Construction Law Symposium III as part of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA)’s exclusive advanced trial series.
The CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally. The North American Construction Law Symposium III delves into practices and strategies relating to construction law, whether transactional or litigation aspects of construction, or more specifically contract preparation, contract negotiations, surety bonding, traditional litigation and ADR, and/or any other facet of construction law applicable to commercial, residential and energy construction matters nationally and internationally.
