David Pfeffer will moderate the panel “Ask not What You Can Do: Government Regulation & Policy Roundup” at the Anchin Construction & Development Forum. His panel will address newly passed laws, pending bills and recent court rulings affecting the real estate and construction industry. Topics include development constraints, the 421a Tax Abatement Program, Labor Law 240, affordable housing, Fair Housing Act and Supreme Court rulings.
