Construction chair David Pfeffer will once again moderate a panel at the 2018 Anchin Construction and Development Forum on February 15. David’s panel, "Infrastructure Now: Understanding New York’s Needs in the Modern Era," will address how New York’s infrastructure will adjust to demands of a growing population in an already densely inhabited metropolis, as well as the available opportunities for development and construction professionals. The panel will also cover how to successfully navigate public/private relationships, how to effectively utilize the design-build option and how politics factors into development and construction projects.
