On October 18, Intellectual Property counsel Janet Linn will be a featured panelist at the New York City Bar Association’s event, “Patent Office Post Grant Proceedings – Inter Partes Review.” The Supreme Court's recent decisions in the Oil States Energy Services v. Greene's Energy Group and SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu regarding Inter Partes Review (IPR) will be further explained, with panelists presenting from the viewpoint of the petitioner filing for an IPR and of the patent owner or respondent.
