Joann Palumbo, Counsel in the Trusts and Estates Practice, will speak at the “Planning for Now and into the Future: An Overview of Trusts and Estates and Elder Law” seminar at Fordham University. Joann will address wills versus revocable trusts, what passes outside of probate, and the issue of and unexpected problems with intestacy. Joann is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law.
