On May 15, Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Labor & Employment Chair Laurent Drogin and partner David Kleinmann will co-present a breakfast CLE program for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

The program, titled, "You Make the Call,” is designed to provide attendees with real-world examples of complex, evolving employment issues and discuss the practical application of labor and employment law. Just like with real employment issues, the fact patterns will evolve as they often do for the in-house counsel. “You Make the Call” is an interactive program that will enable and encourage attendees to spot issues and propose solutions to the employment scenarios as they evolve from simple to complicated problems so that attendees can hear and understand how in-house counsel would handle employee issues involving the interplay of multiple employment laws.

Laurent and David will be joined on the panel by Max Rosenthal, Labor Relations Counsel at Fox Television Stations and alumnus of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin.
