Richard L. Steer will speak at the Defense Association of New York Seminar titled “Employment Practices—Current Tort Issues and Evolution” on January 17, 2007. His presentation will address current employment issues that might arise under such policies as illustrated by the cases being addressed by the U.S. Supreme Court in its current term. This seminar is geared towards attorneys and claims adjusters involved in insurance defense matters.
