Richard Steer, Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice will speak at the ACI’s 24th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions. Richard will discuss legal implications from failures in timekeeping and assessing the latest types of claims arising from the use of social media and defending such claims. He will also address how federal and state agencies view the use of social media in the context of employment law.
