On December 8, Trusts and Estates Group members Robert M. Freedman and Attorney Alexis R. Gruttadauria will present an introductory webinar, “What You Need to Know About Special Needs Planning.”

The presentation will explain how families can provide for a beneficiary with a disability or mental illness in their estate planning in a way that allows the beneficiary to have the full benefit of their inheritance while offering them continued eligibility for appropriate and needed government programs. They will also discuss other steps that can be taken to assist a family member with a disability or mental illness.
