On August 3, Trusts and Estates Partner Robert Freedman will present “Legal and Financial Planning” for families affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia at CaringKind. Bob will discuss how to manage legal and financial concerns that face families affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia. The seminar topics will include Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, Long-Term Care Insurance, Joint Bank Accounts, Guardianship and Medicaid Eligibility.
