On June 28, Firm Administrator Tanya Duprey spoke at the Association of Legal Administrators New York City (ALANYC) Chapter event on “Avoiding the Cyber Clutter: A Practical Guide to Cybersecurity.” Tanya and her co-panelists discussed today’s great cyber challenges for law firms, including the regulatory landscape, the top cyber threats facing law firms – rogue employees, unaware employees and the “Wanna Cry” virus – and financial impacts of cybersecurity. Tanya is the 2017-2018 president of the New York City Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Prior to this, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the ALANYC.
