Helen Tsigler is a paralegal in the Firm’s Trust and Estate Practice. With over a decade of experience, Helen has extensive knowledge of supporting the department in all aspects of trust and estate administration, as well as Article 81 Guardianships and other elder law matters, such as Medicaid applications.

Helen assists attorneys with preparation of estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, power of attorneys, health care power of attorneys, HIPPAs and living wills. Additionally, she assists attorneys with estate administration, including Probate and Administration matters in all New York City Surrogate Courts. Helen is particularly skilled in preparing fiduciary inventories and accountings, using OneSource software to maintain accurate accountings. Through a compassionate approach, Helen communicates court procedures and filing requirements to clientele.
