Nermana Sujkovic-Blambic is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice. She provides litigation support to attorneys in all phases of landlord-tenant matters and New York City Housing-Court proceedings, regularly working with property owners and management companies. Nermana assists with preparation and filing of legal documents, motion practice, case management, and coordination of court filings.
Nermana experience includes:
Preparing and filing pleadings and motions in New York Housing Court
Assisting with non-payment and holdover proceedings
Managing case files and litigation calendars
Drafting legal correspondence and notices
Coordinating court filings and service legal papers
Communicating with clients, property managers, and court staff
