Samantha Andreacchi is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property - Trademark Practice.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Samantha worked as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) where she independently reviewed trademark applications, drafted the appropriate Office actions on behalf of the agency, and recommended publication approval of applications. Samantha’s experience includes trademarks for various goods and services, such as cosmetics, software, clothing, food, educational services, restaurant services, and health services.
