Scott Semaya is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice, where he represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial disputes. His experience includes complex litigation involving contractual, business, and financial matters, as well as disputes arising from commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Scott practiced at a boutique law firm focused on complex commercial litigation, where he represented clients in a variety of business disputes. His practice most recently focused on commercial litigation and finance and leasing matters, including disputes arising from financial transactions, commercial leases, and other business disputes.

Scott received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, he served as an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, interned at Kroll, LLC, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Katherine A. Levine of the Kings County Supreme Court.
