Versa Gold is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice.
Versa’s experience includes landlord–tenant matters, eviction proceedings, lease drafting and enforcement, security deposit disputes, habitability claims, rent recovery actions, lease violations, and fair housing compliance. In addition to litigation, Versa has expertise assisting attorneys, landlords and property management companies on preventative legal strategies, helping them create strong lease agreements, maintain regulatory compliance, and avoid costly disputes. Versa is an adjunct professor at Hunter College, teaching paralegal studies.

Outside of the office, Versa enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending live performances and visiting museums.
