Adam M. Birnbaum is an Associate in the Firm’s Landlord & Tenant Practice.
Adam represents landlords in commercial and residential summary proceedings from initial intake through motion practice, trial, and judgment. Adam has broad litigation experience representing clients in commercial real estate leasing disputes, residential title and mortgage disputes, employment disputes, business divorce and partnership disputes, contentious Surrogate’s Court disputes, and general civil litigation matters, including both commercial and consumer arbitration.
Before joining the firm, Adam’s recent experience included working for the New York City Civil Court, Housing Part, as court attorney for Hon. Adam R. Meyers.

Adam bakes, brews beer and mead, and cooks in his spare time. He enjoys maintaining and restoring classic cars, learning foreign languages, and plays several musical instruments.
