Adina L. Phillips is an associate in the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Practice. She focuses her practice on all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including high net worth and complex divorce litigation, custody, child support, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, orders of protection, appeals and post-judgment proceedings.  

Prior to joining the Firm, Adina gained valuable experience during her tenure as a Senior Court Attorney in Nassau County Family Court and as an associate of a well-known boutique matrimonial firm. Adina has experience litigating cases throughout New York City, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Adina emphasizes effective advocacy to navigate complicated legal issues and deliver creative yet practical solutions for clients.  

Adina is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association where she contributes to the legal community through ongoing involvement and leadership. Since 2024, she has served as Co-Chair of the Association’s Membership Committee, helping to support member engagement, professional development, diversity and outreach initiatives.
