Andrew N. Krinsky, a founding partner and firm leader, has a wide range of experience resolving disputes in the real estate, manufacturing, professional and financial service sectors, among others, and has represented many prominent international businesses, organizations, governmental agencies, and individual clients in commercial and business litigation. He has handled many prosecutions and defenses of significant precedent-setting cases.

Andrew chairs the Firm’s Litigation Practice and is a trusted advisor to some of the most influential and creative industry executives. His approach to dispute resolution is based entirely on the goals of his clients. Andrew’s nearly 40 years of experience allows him to seamlessly partner with his clients, with a laser focus on resolving the matter at hand as promptly and efficiently as possible.

Andrew is a highly regarded commercial litigator and an experienced trial lawyer with a track record handling numerous bench and jury trials. He litigates in state and federal courts throughout the country as well as in front of local and international tribunals.
