Marco Giovine is counsel in the International, Italy, and Corporate and Securities practice groups and is based in Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s West Coast office in Los Angeles.

Marco is a corporate transactional attorney with a deep understanding of U.S. laws and regulations. He focuses on a vast array of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, joint ventures, contracts, and corporate governance. He advises American, European, Italian, and Latin American clients across a range of industries on a variety of areas, such as entity formation, dissolution, reorganization, relocation of business, and annual filings. He has a great understanding of cross-border issues and an in-depth appreciation for foreign entities conducting business in the United States.

With extensive experience handling cross-border matters and significant knowledge in addressing the complexities that commonly arise, Marco is uniquely positioned to navigate the critical issues that non-U.S. entities face when conducting business in the United States. Serving as outside general counsel for Italian companies exploring opportunities and growth within the United States, Marco works with clients to achieve their strategic business goals.

Marco is a native Italian speaker fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining the firm, he managed Valla & Associates’ Los Angeles office and, before that, practiced at Hogan Lovells and DLA Piper in Milan, Italy.
