Brittany Mangan is a partner in the Firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law Practice. A highly experienced litigator, Brittany has dedicated her career to helping individuals through the difficulty of divorce and family law issues. She approaches all matters with compassion and respect as she guides clients through the emotional, financial, and temporal costs often inherent in these issues.
The wide range of services that Brittany provides to her clients includes handling prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce litigation and divorce negotiations, post-divorce actions, child custody and child support, spousal support, marital and separation agreements, equitable distribution, property distribution and settlements, paternity, CPS and neglect matters, and qualified domestic relation orders.
Brittany’s practice focuses on the divorce courts in both Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York, where she has a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and judges of those courts. She is also an experienced litigator at the appellate level, having argued before the Second Department, Appellate Division.
Brittany has presented Continuing Legal Education classes on points of evidence and on matrimonial law, and she has authored numerous articles on family law issues.
