Chandler Sturm is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. With a background in mechanical engineering, Chandler has the technical experience necessary to provide holistic guidance on intellectual property law issues from patents, trademarks, and copyrights to unfair competition.
Chandler assists companies in trademark prosecution and trademark proceedings spanning a wide variety of industries including financial services, retail, blockchain technology, clothing, and consumer goods. She prepares and prosecutes patent applications for inventions in mechanical products, computer technology, and consumer products.
Chandler counsels clients in all stages of disputes, ranging from pre-suit activities, district court litigation, appeals, and post-issuance proceedings. She has experience drafting and preparing party and amicus briefs in the district courts, Patent Trial and Appeals Board, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
