Deanna M. Wolf is an associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation Practices.

Deanna supports the team’s work in its compliance, counseling, and litigation services.  Deanna is actively involved in all phases of litigation including preliminary injunction proceedings, pre-trial discovery, dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice, trials, and appeals.

Prior to joining the Firm, Deanna served as a law clerk to District Judge Joanna Seybert, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2021-2023), where she worked on a broad range of civil litigations and criminal prosecutions through dispositive motion practice and trial.  She worked on temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions for matters involving restrictive covenants, as well as jury trials for cases involving healthcare fraud, mail fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, and wage-and-hour claims.  Deanna also served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Kathleen Tomlinson, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2020-2021), and primarily assisted in the management of civil cases throughout the discovery process, which included the facilitation of settlements.  She also assisted Magistrate Judge Tomlinson with a non-jury trial regarding wage-and-hour claims.  In addition, Deanna clerked for Bankruptcy Judges Louis Scarcella and Alan Trust, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (2018-2019).  There, Deanna assisted in the management of bankruptcies and adversary proceedings arising under Chapters 7, 11, and 13, which included corporate debtors in the healthcare and construction industries.
