Deanna M. Wolf is Counsel in the Firm’s Labor & Employment, Restrictive Covenant, and Litigation Practices.

Deanna represents businesses and professionals in complex commercial and employment disputes in New York State and federal courts, FINRA, JAMS, and the American Arbitration Association.    

Deanna has experience representing clients in employment matters involving restrictive covenants (non-competes, non-solicits, non-service, confidentiality, and trade secret provisions), wage and hour, misclassification of employees and independent contractors, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.  She also represents clients in commercial disputes involving claims for breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, tortious interference, and unfair competition.

Deanna is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including initial assessments, preliminary injunction and TRO proceedings, discovery, dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice, trials, and appeals. Based upon her five years of experience clerking for federal judges, Deanna has a unique perspective when developing litigation strategies and evaluating arguments.
