Domenico Spina is an Associate in the Firm’s Italy, International, and Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practices. He represents European and U.S. clients in corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on helping foreign companies establish, structure, and expand their operations in the United States.
Domenico works with clients across a broad range of industries, including fashion, technology, design, banking, manufacturing, and government-affiliated organizations. He advises multinational companies, middle-market businesses, and emerging enterprises on U.S. market entry, entity formation and governance, corporate structuring and reorganizations, commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Domenico began his legal career in the Milan office of DLA Piper, where he worked on transactional and cross-border matters. After relocating to New York and being admitted to the New York Bar, he practiced at a New York-based boutique law firm, advising clients on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and U.S. business matters.
Drawing on his experience in both Italy and the United States, Domenico serves as a practical bridge between Italian and European clients and the U.S. legal and business environment, helping them address the legal, commercial, and practical issues that arise when doing business across borders.
