Elsa Nollet is a Consulting Attorney with the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice and French Desk.
Elsa advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property, commercial, and corporate matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property protection, prosecution, licensing, technology transactions, and cross-border commercial agreements. Elsa's practice spans the full lifecycle of intellectual property assets, from portfolio development and protection to commercialization, licensing, enforcement, and the negotiation of agreements that support clients' business and innovation objectives.
As a member of the Firm's French Desk, Elsa advises French and other European companies on their expansion into the U.S. market. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she helps clients navigate the legal, commercial, and cultural complexities of conducting business across jurisdictions. Drawing on her international background and multicultural perspective, Elsa bridges differences in legal systems, enabling her to work closely with clients to develop practical business-oriented solutions that align legal strategy with commercial objectives, helping businesses mitigate risk and support long-term growth.
Before joining the Firm, Elsa gained experience with leading international media and entertainment companies where she worked on legal and business affairs matters relating to film and television production, intellectual property, licensing, and international distribution. She also worked with a media law firm, advising clients on intellectual property, technology, and entertainment matters.
