Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Partners David Pfeffer and Andrew Koerner spoke at the Massey Knakal Brooklyn Real Estate Summit on September 17.  The event hosted over 500 owners, operators, tenants, investors, and top real estate professionals in the industry.

David Pfeffer, Chair of the Construction Practice, moderated “Living for the city: Brooklyn Power Owners Panel”. This session featured top investors and developers who shared their experiences on some of the largest deals this year and how they are dealing with Pro-Forma expectations. Andrew Koerner facilitated an EB-5 Investor Program workshop titled “Obtaining Foreign Investment to Fund Commercial Development.”
