• Nonimmigrant Visa Options: We guide and advise our corporate clients in selecting the best options for them by considering the optimal nonimmigrant visa process given both their needs and the qualifications of the foreign national. We plan and guide for both short-term and long-term options, including the H-1B1, H-1B, L, E1, E2, and E3 visa options, the O1 extraordinary alien visa, R1 religious worker, Q, and J-1 trainee, and intern visas.

• Immigrant Visa Options: We coordinate and plan immigrant visa processing, including all employment-based immigrant visa categories encompassing the EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, immigrant religious workers, and EB-5 elements of permanent residence sponsorship. On behalf of our corporate clients, we file for aliens of extraordinary ability, intracompany transferees with plans for permanent U.S. assignments, national interest waiver cases, labor certifications through the PERM process, religious immigrant workers, and entrepreneurial investors.

• Visa Uses Explained: We routinely advise our clients on the use of the B-1 visa for business visits to the United States. In addition, we work with clients who are contemplating business investments in advance of preparing and filing E1 or E2 investor visa applications to ensure they are well prepared for consular interviews, helping to facilitate their plan to build a U.S. business.
