Rae Marie Cistaro is a paralegal in the Firm’s Business and Corporate Immigration Practice.

With over 25 years of experience, Rae has extensive experience managing cases from initiation to fruition. She prepares and files immigrant and nonimmigrant applications and petitions with the appropriate government agencies. Additionally, Rae has a depth of knowledge on strategizing, preparing, and filing PERM applications.

Rae ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulation and provides case strategy for PERM Alien Labor Certification Applications. She also prepares prevailing wage requests with the Department of Labor, PERM recruitment materials, PERM audit responses, I-140 immigration petitions, I-130 family-based green card applications, I-485 adjustment of status applications, and N-400 applications.

Additionally, Rae assists with maintaining ongoing cases and monitoring expiration reports. She draws upon her experience consulting businesses and human resource departments on U.S. immigrations laws and regulations.
