On October 27, 2021, Janet Linn presented at a CLE program on patent infringement litigation to the judicial law clerks and judges of the District of New Jersey, Western District of New York and Southern District of Ohio. During the program, Janet explained the fundamentals of patent infringement litigation, claim construction (interpretation) and infringement analysis in both conventional and Hatch-Waxman patent litigation. The CLE program was part of Patent Committee of the New York City Bar Association day-long event on patent litigation fundamentals.
