On January 28, 2021, Janet Linn will moderate the CLE “Skinny Labels and Patent Infringement” for the NYSBA Food, Drug & Cosmetic Law Section Annual Meeting. During the CLE, the speakers will explore liability for induced patent infringement in light of the GSK v. Teva and Amarin v. Hikma & HealthNet decision. The panel will discuss avenues for insurers, PBMs, and pharmacies, as well as generic companies, to reduce the risk of being liable for infringement.
