Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is partnering with Università Bocconi to host a full-day program as part of its In-Company Training Program. The program is titled “Legal Challenges and Opportunities in the U.S. Market for Retail Companies.”
Facilitated by Giuliano Iannaccone, Chair of the International and Retail Practice Groups, the program will feature presentations, including:
- Celebrity Endorsements in Online Advertising of Consumer Products - Amy Goldsmith, Intellectual Property
- IP Infringement Risks and Product Clearance for Retailers - Nels Lippert, Intellectual Property
- Working in the US - Andrew Koerner, Immigration
- Legal career in the US - Max Rosenthal, Labor and Employment
Also facilitating the program is Federica Rigato, an alumni of the Bocconi program and law clerk at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. The Bocconi In-Company Training Program is a global academic program which provides its students the opportunity to visit select companies. Other New York program sponsors included the Granito Advisory and Pfizer.
