On November 12, Labor and Employment partner and Employment Practice Liability Insurance chair Rich Steer will speak at the New York Staffing Association’s roundtable workshop, “Onboarding and Employing Contract Workers.”
The session will delve into onboarding and employing contract workers while managing compliance, leveraging technology and scaling. Rich will also discuss onboarding, misclassification of W2, 1099 or IC, classification for exempt and non-exempt process and I-9 and e-verify.
