On October 24, Labor and Employment partner Rich Steer will once again be a featured speaker at the Lawyers Associated Worldwide U.S./Canada Employment Group meeting, which will be held in Seattle. Rich will participate in the panel, “Sexual Harassment: Required Training and New Developments,” where he will discuss recent developments in the #MeToo movement, mandated trainings, loosening of standards for having a hostile environment and prohibitions against mandatory arbitration and confidentiality.
