On September 26, Labor and Employment partner and Employment Practices Liability Insurance chair Rich Steer will speak on a panel at New York Staffing Association’s 2019 Law Day.
During the panel, “Is Your Staffing Company Compliance Keeping You Up at Night?” Rich will discuss what your employee files should contain and how long you should keep them, tracking hours of non-exempt employees, joint employer issues and preventing exposures. He will also cover employee benefits and insurance, including worker’s compensation, EPLI and medical, and training your employees on sexual harassment.
