Tarter Krinsky & Drogin attorneys Richard L. Steer and Andrew S. Koerner will be presenting to staffing company owners and employees at the New York Staffing Association’s (NYSA) Owner’s Workshop Event on March 14, 2012.

Andrew, a Counsel in the Immigration Practice, will address I-9 compliance. Richard, a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice, will address wage and hour issues including The Wage Theft Prevention Act, Independent Contractor Status and its enforcement by the Department of Labor, and employment discrimination including recent developments under the NY City Human Rights Law.
