Genesis is a paralegal and legal secretary in the firm’s real estate practice group.  Genesis reviews title, survey, and zoning documents and conducts other real estate due diligence, as well as assists with real estate finance and purchase and sale closings by assisting in preparing loan documents and collecting checklist items.

Genesis drafts, files, and manages business entity documents for the formation of corporations and LLC’s and obtains certificates for women-owned, minority-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses.
