Georgette Meade is a paralegal in our Trusts & Estates Department, with over a decade of experience in different areas of the practice. Georgette has knowledge on all aspects of estate planning needs, including property transfers involving trusts and estates as well as Elder Law and Special needs planning, including but not limited to Medicaid planning, Guardianships and Accountings on behalf of fiduciaries of Special Needs Trusts.
Georgette assists with preparing drafts of Wills, Trusts, and Advance Directives for clients to ensure that their estate planning goals and objectives are met. Georgette also is an integral part of the team that works on estate administrations, preparing court filings and communicating with the courts on facilitating the efficient administration of both probate and administration matters in courts throughout New York State. Through a compassionate and attentive approach, Georgette communicates with clients on their unique circumstances and specifications for all their planning needs.
