Giuliano Iannaccone is chair of the Firm’s International and Retail Practices, founder and co-chair of the Italy Practice, a partner in the Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice, and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Fluent in both Italian and English, Giuliano works with non-U.S. clients and their U.S. subsidiaries to establish and expand their operations in the United States, as well as with trusted local counsel when doing outbound work. Highly experienced and results-driven, Giuliano represents large multinational companies, emerging businesses, and individuals engaged in a wide range of industries on a spectrum of cross-border and domestic business transactions. He counsels clients on a wide range of issues, from day-to-day business operations as general counsel to their most critical and highly detailed transactions.

Giuliano brings a proactive and sophisticated perspective to all his clients’ needs, ensuring that their business goals and issues are dealt with as efficiently and effectively as possible. His innate understanding of international culture and business, coupled with his multidisciplinary business experiences, enables him to guide global clients through all stages of their business and seamlessly achieve objectives that are inherent to their brand and values.
