Jennifer L. Schenker is a partner in the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Practice. She focuses her practice on all aspects of matrimonial and family litigation, including contested and complex divorces, custody, child support, relocation, neglect, orders of protection, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.

Experienced in litigating in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Jennifer is equipped to handle matrimonial and family issues in and out of court. As an advocate for her clients, Jennifer regularly conducts matrimonial and family law trials and negotiates complex settlements in a wide range of matrimonial actions. Understanding the challenges her clients face in difficult family matters, Jennifer approaches every case with compassion and discretion to ensure their needs are met.

Jennifer is also an active member of her community, having served as president of the Huntington Lawyers' Club from 2018-2019.
