Jessica Russo is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property, Litigation, and International Practices. She represents clients in both US federal and state courts and works proactively to achieve their business goals. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, including matters involving trademarks, copyrights, breach of contract, antitrust claims, business torts, unfair competition, fraud, and shareholder disputes. 

Jessica represents clients throughout the litigation lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation, risk assessment, and strategy through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution. She also advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights in the United States and internationally.

Jessica also speaks Italian and Portuguese, and brings a practical, cross-border perspective to her representation of clients.
