Jessica Russo is an associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property, Litigation, and International Practices. She represents clients in both US federal and state courts, and works proactively to achieve their business goals.
In the area of intellectual property, Jessica works diligently to ensure clients’ intellectual property rights are protected domestically and internationally, by analyzing trademark searches and assisting with copyright and trademark disputes. She is actively involved in all stages of intellectual property disputes, ranging from pre-suit activities through district court litigation. In her general litigation work, Jessica assists with matters ranging from breach of contract to antitrust litigations.
Equipped with English and Italian fluencies, Jessica appreciates connecting international companies through business exchange. She counsels individuals, as well as international and domestic companies, on a wide range of matters that arise from foreign entities conducting business in the United States, including the formation of corporations and limited liability companies; foreign subsidiaries; commercial agreements; and other related matters.
