Jonathan Liber is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice. He represents a diverse range of corporate clients, navigating all phases of complex litigation from inception through trial including depositions, mediation, written discovery and motions.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Jonathan was an attorney in a boutique litigation firm in Canada. His practice primarily focused on class action defense, product liability, construction law, civil and commercial litigation. Jonathan represented a wide range of multinational corporate clients before various courts in Québec, including multiple auto manufacturers, defending a variety of product liability claims.

In addition to his experience in Canada, Jonathan also has vast experience defending labor law and construction claims in New York. Coupled together, his litigation background provides him with a unique perspective on risk management which allows him to anticipate challenges and provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
