Karen Del Pilar is a paralegal in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice.  With over 30 years of experience, Karen supports the practice in all aspects of U.S. and foreign Trademark prosecution and maintenance, U.S. Copyright Applications, and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

Karen has extensive experience with the management of U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios, U.S. Copyright Applications, matters with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, conducting preliminary knockout searches, review and analysis comprehensive third-party search reports, and preparation of trademark clearance opinions, trademark policing, and investigation matters.  She also communicates with our clients to provide assistance and support to ensure clients are always informed of the status of their trademark matters.
