As news broke that Luigi Mangione waived extradition charges and was being taken from Pennsylvania into the custody of the New York City Police Department, Rich spoke at length with CBS News reporter Doug Williams to analyze what the new federal charges mean for the case and the prosecution’s role in proving an act of terrorism to establish first-degree murder charges.
